My friend advised me to buy this item and finely I did it. I wish I knew it couple years ago. It is so helpful especially for glass shower doors, no chemicals anymore, finally. I hate smell all different bath sprayers and with using this steam cleaner cleaning glass shower doors is a pleasure, only wipe with dry microfiber cloth and that's it. I use yellow microfiber from Costco, they are really best for me, don't remember if the are considered for car cleaning but I use them for house cleaning basically. Be aware you'll need at least couple of them for cleaning. My another tip I discovered for myself that I can use this microfiber for floor cleaning because the mop included makes floor quite wet. I use this steamer for all mirrors and windows, works great. All my life I hated cleaning all windows and with this machine I already washed all windows in my house and I find this process very fast.

Very good product and does everything is should...and more. The only downside for me is the US plug (as we operate on a UK plug)

This steamer is easy to use and can do so much. The included attachments are handy and useful for all sorts of situations. I've used it for upholstery, tile, grout, shoes, etc. The steam gets just hot enough for most use cases and I haven't had any issues with it tripping breakers while using it for extended periods of time. During a 40 minute session, I only had to refill water once. Everything is a basic plastic, so it doesn't feel premium, but all the functions are clear and the lights help understand what the problems are when they come up. The only issue I've had with it is that it does sputter water. Don't really notice a pattern, but at least the first steam always lets out some spray. Afterwards, the steam comes out somewhat smoothly.

YES - I bought the right item. So glad I did not opt to go with one of the cheaper hand-held steamers. This is awesome - quite versatile. Karcher things of everything - except they did not include any channel or whatever to store the electric cord in . . . German engineering, and German workmanship - Made in Germany and not contracted out to Asia. High quality materials. I have used this to steam clean small items, tile floors and large windows. No issue if it runs out of water - it just stops steaming. No need to shut it off unless you're going to be gone for more than 20 minutes. Refill water without stopping what you are doing - no turning it off, etc. Just pour more water in. I bought a Karcher power sprayer 20 years ago - still going strong. I am sooooo glad I spent the extra money to buy the best steamer on the market. For me, well worth the extra dollars. (A major manufacturer has recalled thousands of those hand-held steamers - but the knock-offs are still out there - beware.) BTW: I bleed red, white and blue - wish there was a US product that could compete with Karcher - but not at this time.

worked well 2-3 times. less than 6 weeks attempted to use it last week. water pours all over the floor. followed the instructions again and set it up. still pouring water. contacted company twice, no response. would not recommend due to poor customer support.

Lo compre con un muy buen descuento, alrededor del 40%, (175,00 dl) solo a ese valor si vale la pena el producto, de resto NO (Si no te sobra el dinero). Tiene muy buena presión de vapor, es muy caliente, produce vapor en escasos 30 segundos y por su diseño se va rellenando de agua y sirve para limpiar horas y horas sin interrupciones, es excelente contra la grasa pegada y el percudido, sale muy facil, no se tiene que batallar restregando. Para usarlo como trapeador funciona pero hay mejores productos, me explico; lo hace bien, si tienes manchas secas de líquidos en el piso, con dos pasadas los retira, y si esta muy pegado, hay que agregar una pasada extra o disparar vapor directo, sigue siendo extremadamente fácil, pero considero que hay mejores productos para limpiar pisos, ya que al ser vapor si usas mucho se condensa y queda un poco encharcado el piso, entonces si no quieres esperar a que se seque solo, lo que toma unos 8 min aprox, tendrias que trapear para secar, lo cual significa que vuelves al trapeador. No se te ocurra usarlo sin antes aspirar el suelo, si no te llenarás de tiras de polvo por todo lado, que tendras que recoger y el vapor seria sucio no haces nada. Para limpiar baños, usas los accesorios de cepillos y quita todo muy facil, el tema es que si hay polvo o manchas gruesas las quita y las vuelve tiras pequeñas que hay que remover con un paño etc, Osea las remueve pero no las desaparece obvio, hay que retirarlas con un trapo. Si son perezosos para hacer aseo, y quieren limpiar rápido el baño, cocina, y trapear rápidamente, si obvio este producto ayuda a ahorrar mucho tiempo.

Steam cleaner worked very well on shower tile and grout. Easy to use. Used it once so far and quite happy with results. Definitely worth the cost.

The unit arrived brand new but unfortunately does not work. It powers on and the indicator light turns on, but it does not heat up or produce any steam. I followed all setup instructions carefully, filled and refilled the water tank, and tried multiple outlets. After waiting several minutes the body remains completely cold. It appears to be defective out of the box. Disappointed because Kärcher is a trusted brand, but I will be returning it.
