THORNE Cal Mag Citrate + Vitamin C - Effervescent Powder - Calcium and Magnesium Supplement with Vitamin C for Stress Relief - 7.5 Oz

I had been in taking this for years. The powder dissolved easily and included three major components for bone health. I haven’t found a viable replacement since it has been discontinued. Please bring it back!

I have tried MANY supplements and I literally feel nothing on any of the ones I have tried except for this. It absorbs so well into my system and didn't leave me feeling nautious. Please bring this back. It was amazing and has almost perfect reviews. What gives?

I'm sure this product affects everyone differently depending in their needs, but it has quite literally changed my life. I am only in my 30s but have suffered from an involuntary shoulder movement for more than 5 years. Several doctors, physical therapists, and chiropractors tried different things and none helped. I started getting deep tissue massages which actually provided near total relief for about 2-3 weeks at a time, but then it would return and get progressively worse to the point of being painful. I couldn't go more than 15 seconds without moving. When the coronavirus hit, I couldn't go to my massage therapist and was suffering badly. I actually ordered this stuff for my wife for an unrelated reason and then realized maybe it would help me. I took it for the first time in late May. Within a day, I felt marked improvement. More than three months later, I haven't had a bad day. Sometimes I am still a but uncomfortable, especially if I miss a couple of doses,so I suspect I have an untreated underlying condition that this helps mask... But it has completely changed my quality of life while I try to figure that out. And it tastes fine and is way cheaper than constant massages!

This is the 1st powdered drink Mg I tried and it helped alleviate toe cramps that I had lived with for years. Also helped with poor sleep, I now sleep soundly on nights that I take this.The negative was how sour this drink was, until I started using hot water to dissolve. It takes 5 minutes for most of the white powder to go away, the drink is only slightly sour, and the Mg and Ca have been converted to the more absorbable citrate and ascorbate forms.I have since tried Thorne Mg bisglycinate and it dissolves faster without need for hot water but is much more pricey. It’s also somewhat sweet for my taste. Natural calm Orange flavor was not as sweet, needed warm water but was easier to dissolve than this CalMagCitrate. In the end it’s nice to have a few different flavors as it gets tiresome to drink. I can see how I might prefer a cold drink version in the summer.

This Magnesium powder is the best one I've ever found. My system works SO much better with it. I don't know if Thorne has discontinued it or if Amazon stopped carrying it - either way, please bring it back!

I've taken this for years. Unlike other cal-mag-citrate powders, this actually tastes good and provides noticeable health benefits, so I was sad to learn that Thorne recently discontinued this product. I reached out to them and was told their sales weren't high enough to continue making it, which shocked me. There's no replacement, so I hope they get enough feedback to bring it back!

Tried another brand and it was terrible! Why was this discontinued?? It was awesome as I can’t take giant calcium pills and other brand powders don’t actually dissolve in the water. Please bring this back!

I really like the Thorne Research brand for supplements, but not for calcium & magnesium citrate powder. I previously bought this supplement by NOW Foods, and I would mix it in with hot cocoa with no problem. It tasted great and I even preferred hot cocoa with it than without. But this brand is too sour for that. The wider opening made this container a lot messier than the one for NOW Foods (although it does come with a scoop inside, if you like that, but a serving size is a heaping scoop, which is not very exact). The seal under the cap left a lot of paper flakes that stuck to the rim, which is messy and annoys me, and trying to peel them off made me uncertain if any fell into the product because they look exactly the same.
