Superb! Bought primarily to play CDs but the DAB radio is a great bonus. Bought despite reading some adverse reviews in respect of sound quality . Can’t fault it - the sound is fantastic

A senior member of my family has this, and it's a cause of endless frustration. The way that preset channels are accessed by the remote is non-intuitive and prone to mistakes. Crucially, if you don't press Play/Scan fast enough after the dance with up/down (the remote has TINY lettering), the unit changes mode and when you do press Scan it's interpreted as a Scan. Why did they overload this button with two entirely different commands? The tuning process isn't helped by there being insufficient width on the display to display the station indents, which in this part of the world all start with BBC RADIO X, where X is the last character you'll see. Yes, I know it scrolls past, but when you're already confused this doesn't help much. All in all, it's a let-down. He's longing for something simple, like with a big round knob for tuning. On the plus side, it sounds decent.

Great compact piece of kit. Looks good and easy to operate.
