Whimsical and fun, but deep at the same time—just what dogs are all about and what they so beautifully share with us and serve as faithful guides to help us understand.I hesitated to purchase this deck because I thought it would be too ‘cute’ and not enough depth that I like in oracle cards when I read for myself or for others. Was I ever wrong! It is both, and I really appreciate that, because life can be tough, but it also has many joyful moments too.Just like dogs help us with, this deck does this too in that when we do the inner work, we also have to remember to play. This is what balance is all about and Divine Dog Wisdom Cards depicts exactly this.My favorite card, which I pulled at random during a video unveiling I did of the deck, brought me to tears and the card is “Honor- Acknowledge you, me, and we.” It features three dachshunds side-by-side. For those that know me, they understand the significance of this in my life in that I was blessed to share my life with three special needs dachshunds that taught me this very lesson (and so much more)!A lovely added feature in the guidebook is that each card has a section called, “Another Bone to Chew On” which are prompts to work with or a specific exercise to do to deepen the meaning and teaching of the card for your own life.I’m thrilled to have this deck in my collection and look forward to working with it for a very long time to come!

This is a doggone great deck, especially if you're a dog lover. Because I'm an animal lover in general, I purchased both the Divine Dog and the Cosmic Cat oracle card decks. The artwork is just gorgeous, the cards shuffle easily, and the written description that goes with each card in the deck's companion (pun totally intended) book is wonderfully detailed, some of the richest descriptions that I've come across in any oracle deck. The deck is meaningful and substantive while also having a deLIGHTfully LIGHThearted touch. I have a number of oracle card decks, and both the Divine Dog and Cosmic Cat decks are among my favorites. Kudos, EnlightUp - Four paws up!

When I ordered these I thought "How can all forty reviews be five stars?" Pretty easily.I just took them out of my mailbox, so I haven't had time to use them, but I have to say I'm impressed. I've never understood why people review the box the cards come in. Now I know. It's as strong as if it were made of wood. Every corner is finished beautifully and the outer layer is smooth and pristine. The cards are sturdy, but not stiff or clunky. The book is paper bound, but not like a pamphlet. It has a square, solid binding.When I counted the cards ( as reviews of other decks made clear is necessary ) I enjoyed the design on every card. The breeds were chosen well for their characteristics and if you are owned by a dog/dogs or just love to hang out with friends' dogs if you've not lived with one of your own you will recognize every expression on the face of the dog on each card. I especially like the photo gallery in the beginning of the book - photos of the dogs who inspired the cards.as well as the 'Dog Park Memorial'.I'm thinking about getting another set to decorate the three walls of the alcove where my desk sits in my home office to make it more enjoyable while I work on the computer.

This deck speaks to me, so I do a 5 card dog paw reading with them. I brought them to a Halloween party & they were big hit!

This is a sweet and approachable deck, like the best dogs; but, like dogs, there is depth here as well. The illustrations are charming and beautiful. The guidebook is very good, with clear and cogent definitions, explanations, and insights. The box is heavy and very sturdy and protective.The deck I received does not seem to be new, however. The cards were in a funky plastic bag, not factory-sealed. The cards themselves were NOT in alphabetical order (as the book is arranged) which is odd for a new deck. They were all there, however. The ISBN label was covered with a blank label.If I was concerned about having a "virgin" deck as some readers are, I would send this back. But I will keep it, because I love it! And I ha e rescue dogs at home - this is a rescue dog deck!

I use these for my tarot card reading. The only down side is they are hard to shuffle with my little hands. But love the deck

Bow wow! This is a lovely, well designed and thoughtfully created deck with such wisdom that makes it a perfect tool for self-reflection and journaling. The cards are large, vibrant, and fun and just full of doggie wisdom and sweet dogs of all kinds. The guidebook is well written and offers ideas to work with the cards. I can see why this won the COVR product of the year in 2018. The company and the creators of this deck are nice people too! I had a problem with one card, and they promptly sent me a replacement card, and good customer service is worth mentioning and is so appreciated. This deck is so much fun, I may have to get their cat deck to see what wisdom they have as well. I think the dogs and the cats would get along quite nicely together. The deck I initially got had one badly damaged card but the second deck was perfect.Overall, it's the best animal oracle deck in my collection! It was so easy to connect with cards and pictures are beautiful. It's also nice to have 62 cards, which is a lot more compared to other decks. Thank you authors for creating such a lovely deck! :)
