Genuine case
Was after a genuine Samsung case, these days it's a mine field as there are a lot of fakes out there! So went onto the Samsung website and followed the link from where to buy from. These are £44 from other shops, so for under £30 with postage I thought it was a bargain! The fake ones have no plastic where the buttons and the material doesn't last very long. I have the red one of these but they can get very dirty after a while, which is why I bought a black one.

Great case at first but...
Felt great at first and looks amazing, but it is not strong enough for everyday use and is also a dust magnet, so if you are going to transport it on a purse or pocket it becomes a nightmare, I had to retire mine after less then 2 months, not worth the money at all.

Worth it!
Post few months of ownership - looks great, always a headturner, many compliments.I bought it because I didn't want something that would slip out of my hand, fulfils that requirement as the Alcantara is grippy to hold.Only negatives:- the look does change after use and it can look very grimey and dirty. Haven't tried to clean it yet.- I did also drop it once on concrete from approximately 2 metres height. The Alcantara layer is absolutely thin and a chunk of it is missing now. By no way shape or form is this case, a protective case against bigger drops. Does not absorb or cushion any falls etc. It's a very hard impact if dropped and Alcantara will get damaged easily.
