Works well for psoriasis on the scalp

I have it as 4 stars because only because it's NOT a dandruff comb, it's for fleas. For that it works extremely well to comb out the dead fleas after flea treatments. It's a higher quality than I expected for the price, and has a thin plastic handle. The tines are smooth against my pets skin and don't appear to have oxidized at all after all the use! The metal is all still so shiny!

The handle has a good grip and feels sturdy, and the teeth don’t bend or snag. The only downside is that the teeth are so close together that it takes a little extra time to work through thicker hair.
