Exactly what you want them to be. I personally used these for conventions/markets and these are great for displays. Often times you need to adapt to different sizes and locations of space when vending, so these make it easier to be adaptable. They're great at adding height to your displays as well. You can make a whole wall for hanging things if you need. I wouldn't personally use them in my house as they're more of a temporary object but I imagine they would work well for storage just as they do when vending. Overall if you vend and are on the fence about cubing up, cube up already. It's very difficult to maintain unique display pieces (especially if you're travelling longer distances), I would recommend starting with cubes and moving up from there. I say that from experience.

I got this as my first time building something on my own without my husband, and I wanted something sturdy but still easy to assemble. At first, attaching and securing the connectors was a little tricky, but once I got the hang of it, it became pretty straightforward. I was really happy that I was able to put it together by myself. My only regret was not assembling it in the room where I planned to keep it and not laying out the cube design ahead of time—that definitely would have made things easier. Overall, I would highly recommend this for temporary storage/display, especially if you keep the items inside each cube on the lighter side. It’s easy to assemble and disassemble, and everything holds up really well. It also works great as a temporary display case. I'm planning to buy more soon to build another case.

Great cube storage! Purchased these for the top of my closet! Perfect for sweaters and jeans. The shelves are sturdy and don’t have any sharp edges to snag your clothes!

Missing 4 frames and 6 connectors pieces, but its too much of a hassle to take it apart and return it. Ordered two of these so hopefully when the other one comes, it comes with all its parts. Was supper easy to install so that was appreciated.
