I need bleeding crepe paper. Does this bleed?

I don't know as I have never gotten it wet. I would be willing to try it out for you, though. Can you tell me exactly what you mean: do the two colors bleed onto each other, or does the color bleed onto something it comes into contact with?

How many flowers or whats the biggest size flower on package will make?

The. Umber of flowers that a package will make depends on the size of the flower. If you are wanting to make giant flowers I suggest that you use one of Lias other crepe papers. This doublet for me, is of a special type crepe. Go to YouTube and review some of Lia Griffith videos to get a better understanding of the various weights and sizes of her papers to determine which one you are needing for a particular project

Is this tissue paper good for wrapping floral stems?

This is not tissue paper. It’s a thick doublet crepe paper that is used mainly for the purpose of creating realistic paper flowers.
