Went together fairly easy, although I used a power screwdriver rather than the one furnished. The top was supposed to have a cap which did not come with it.

I’m in an attractive small Studio Room in an Assisted Living facility. Closet space is limited, but a little corner in the bathroom is just big enough for this sturdy clothes tree. I’m very short, but can reach the many hooks. My winter coat and all of my pants are bloused there! Readily accessible.

Keeping this cause it gets covered in coats anyway and returning is a pain.... but it looks quite different than the pics. The gold caps that were supposed to come with it are just plastic black caps and the gold thing on top is scratched and looks cheap (going to paint mine black to match the rest)Took me about a half hour or so to put together by myself, I'd say you NEED an electric screwdriver to do this or it won't be tight enough going through the metal holes. Don't go too tight though or the screws will dent the metal and go right through. Pieces didn't fit quite right, especially the shelf on the bottom and the rack is uneven so it wobbles. I was able to make due by putting the end caps on not all the way to even out the bottom.Overall I'd say this is just ok, it does have plenty of hooks for stuff and it's more sturdy feeling than a wood one I had previously that would wobble. I feel like it can withstand a lot of stuff. Having the little shelves is nice too for hats, gloves, ect. It wasn't very expensive and you get what you pay for so just manage your expectations and this will work fine.

It holds all our jackets and things nicely but my husbands leather jacket bent one of the arms to hang stuff on. Would have gotten wood if I knew it wouldn’t hold heavy jackets

For the price I expected something that was sturdy. This coat rack looks cheap, feels cheap and is certainly not sturdy. The box was damaged when it arrived and I was missing one of the #2 screws so now I have to find something that will work. The UPS driver asked me to open the box when he delivered it because the box rattled excessively. Nothing was taped down or together, and the bag that had the caps, nuts and screws was broken so all of the hardware was all over the box and with a hole in two corners I am surprised that more screws were not missing. If I didn't have to take this apart to return it I would.

One is not enough!

I am not bothering to return it because it is now put together. But we were missing parts. We did not receive the small yellow ball x 16. We got black ones but not enough.

There are missing parts 2 small black cover and thebox was damaged/ opened when it has arrived in front of my door.
