After a week of Covid lockdown isolation fun with my wife and dog, we decided that it was time to invest in a puzzle or two! This set ticked all the boxes - good value, good variation and only 500 pieces per puzzle (very important for us beginners!). The package arrived pleasingly quick given the situation in the UK, and it gave us a few days of concentration and distraction from the world outside! I would definitely buy other puzzles, but looks like everyone else in the UK has had the same idea!

Four 500-piece puzzles for under £20 is definitely good value for money and the designs aren't too bad - certainly not quite as twee as most puzzles available, anyway. The puzzles themselves are fairly tricky for 500 pieces - because most of them include different flowers and foliage that are similar in colour, it can be quite a job to separate out the pieces you need without getting them confused. I found the best tactic for completing the puzzles was to build the border and then as much of the writing as possible and then work around that.I could have done with a full size image of each puzzle, perhaps on separate sheets inside the box, as there's obviously not room on the top and bottom of the box to recreate the images in a larger format. Also, some of the pieces are a little badly cut - they fit together well enough, but some still have little bits of paper residue attached to them. Other than that, though, no complaints.

We bought these as a change to 1000 piece ones. Very interesting to do with all the various wildlife and plants depicted through the seasons. They are quite challenging for smaller jigsaws but pretty good quality and price was ok too.

Very nice puzzles with just the right level of challenge for me - absorbing without being frustrating (no vast expanses of sky or road surface...). These are four standard-size 500 piece puzzles, so this is excellent value for money too. Each puzzle is individually bagged inside the box. The only disadvantage of buying one of these sets is that the pictures on the box lid are very much smaller than if you bought an individual boxed puzzle. This means that some of the fine detail cannot be seen.

This was supposed to be a brand new puzzle but on completing the first on I have noticed there are two pieces missing from the spring one I’m really hoping that none are missing from the other three.

I have been doing puzzles for a while and when I am short on time, I like to do a quick 500 piece one. I loved the design of this puzzles especially as it represented the four seasons. I was bitterly disappointed. The pieces did no like up and when trying to do the outside, two pieces broke. I am not heavy handed but the cardboard is too flimsy. Think I will stick with Ravensburger puzzles in the future as their pieces are nicely made.

I love the art on these puzzles but the puzzle is rather poor quality. The pieces tear very easily and some were torn (the front picture coming away from the backing) upon even opening the box. I wouldn't buy again due to the quality not being good enough for the price I paid. Such a shame as the artwork is so lovely. Unfortunately I wouldn't recommend Gibson puzzles and wouldn't buy again unless it was at a heavily discounted price.
