Is this clear tape where it breathes or is this more like bandaid material?

It's not clear tape at any point. Throughout the roll it is continuously tan and continuously adhesive. It does not have layers or have an anti-stick area like a bandaid. The adhesive is very mild, almost like craft washi tape. It generally won't stay on in water or where it's being rubbed (like under a sock or ace bandage). However, one can tape over the same area of your body day after day while you are healing, without the allergic reaction that stronger adhesives may cause.

is this non allergenic?

Not sure about the non allergic. Was provided by a surgeon post skin cancer removal on the face. Was very easy to apply and change regularly.

Is this tape really tan colored? I need it for my faca and I don’t want white.

Yes it is tan; I used it to cover white gauze pad strips after Mohs surgeries on my face. The tan color made the area look less noticeable as opposed to the white pad. I wish the pads came in tan!
