After 6 Months of constant use I love this product more every day. I was having severe Hip, Sciatic, Lumbar, Leg and Neck Pain with numbness or paresthesia and this chair cured all that nearly instantly. I have done computer work most of the day for decades. Chair cushions helped but this chair lets me keep weight on my feet and maintain good circulation without creating hip or back stress which causes pain and inflammation, and that starts a cascade of debilitating things like fibromyalgia, anxiety, stress. After pairing this chair with some computer glasses with blue light (UVB) and UVA lenses, I can work pain-free and protect my eyes. Computer work is a joy again. The 4" Foam and wide saddle really distributes weight well. I use it for 6-12 hours at a time, especially when working on a R&D project or Op-Ed. It was well-packaged and assembly was 1 minute. I’m a hairdresser, I bought this stool to use while I’m recovering from ankle surgery. It’s serving it’s purpose, but it definitely has some issues. It’s not terribly uncomfortable, but this thing is SUPER wide (like sitting on a horse!), and it’s a little embarrassing to get on and off of - it requires slinging your leg over in a unflattering way. Additionally, the wheels don’t lock, so it moves around when trying to mount and dismount the thing, and I’m terrified of falling off of it (I’ve had about a half dozen close calls so far in under a month, so it’s something to consider). Another issue is the way the lever to raise and lower it is situated, It’s not possible to do it sitting- I have to get off the stool to raise it and heavily lean onto it to lower it - this becomes a pain. Overall, I’m glad to have it, but the design could use some work.

I ordered this because it was one of the few that could go up higher heighth-wise. I was concerned about the size of the seat, but it actually is very comfortable. The seat is a little bigger than I like but it's still usable.My co-workers have tried it and they also think it's comfortable.It rolls very well on laminate flooring.This was easy peasy to assemble- less than 5 minutes.

The max extension is labeled at 30". This is technically true, but when you sit on it, the pneumatic cylinder compresses by about 3-4in, and then another 2-3in after a few seconds. The advertising is a little misleading. No response from TOA after 2 attempts to contact them about this.The saddle is pretty comfortable. I got this for my stand-up desk to replace a WorkPro work stool that was cutting off my circulation. I was able to bang the TOA saddle off of their cylinder/wheelbase and put it on the WorkPro cylinder/base. This creates a saddle stool for a stand-up desk that is pretty comfortable. Niche scenario, but there it is in case anybody is looking for a work stool for their stand-up desk.

this chair should not be considered for a male to use

Bought this for work. My job requires sometimes hours at a time programming industrial equipment. Very comfortable, great height adjustment.

Front of seat is very wide, so you cannot sit to close to the front.

This stool is a good one. Very comfortable. I’m a hairstylist, so I need it to do my short customers. The seat is a little big, but it’s still okay. And I like that it adjusts taller then most.
