They taste amazing! I had purchased the apple flavoured version of the gummies. Not too strong of a flavour - subtle and delicious. They’re a great source of creatine and an excellent supplement to support with my workout goals.They come with clear and easy to understand instructions. My girlfriend and I are on a fitness drive, and looking to take more care of the things that go into our bodies.We both work out every morning and want to maximise our efforts, so decided that taking creatine would be a good place to startWe both work 9 to 5 jobs and find it hard to take lots of different protein drinks and powders with us, especially especially as we spent so much time in the car. These gummies made it very easy to take care of one of our daily routine.Nice and simple, you just eat one of them and you’ve got your recommended daily amount of creatine. so far, we haven’t noticed a huge difference but we’re not that far into the cycle so I wouldn’t expect for us to have seen a huge improvement as of yet. I do believe that that is going to be something incremental and steady.The one thing I don’t like about these is the flavour is not fantastic. That being said it is just one gummy quickly eaten and then you can wash it down with some water or some juice, but for me the flavour taste very synthetic. I wasn’t expecting a perfect fruit taste, but for the other things that have tried in the past were a lot more palatableOverall, very happy with these I just wish that they could taste a little bit nicer. I respect that the lack of sugar means that they can’t make them too tasty, but I would like to have my cake and eat it too!

It's a nice and tasty way of getting a dose of creatine.I like the fact that they are vegan, and gluten free (gluten is something I have started to develop an intolerance to) and do not contain any added sugars.You take two or three gummies per day and it's a very quick way of getting your creatine dose in. They taste just like jelly babies.They are a bit on the expensive side though, so if you were taking three per day, you'd be spending almost £40 for 2 months dosage.

I take a few supplements for various reasons, and find it a bit overwhelming and unpleasant when I have many capsules to swallow. However I often find gummies like these equally unpleasant since they usually taste awful. That is not the case with these gummies. I ordered the strawberry flavour and they are really quite nice. You could (but don't!) eat them like sweets, they taste so good!Aside from that they are a good creatine supplement, very convenient to use. They come in a plastic jar which is a shame and the only negative I can give this product, but glass and metal would be more preferable from an environmental perspective.Overall though, I am very pleased with these and I think they will become my go to for creative supplements.
