Great palm support, listed size measurements are more of a maximum, not an average.
This wrist brace is overall well made. You'll want to make sure you pick the right size for your hand as the limits on the product page are definitely the upper limits. So if your hand is right at the upper limit of small, you may want to go medium instead as this will likely still fit well and stretch up to the specified limit. In the palm section of this brace are silicone beads. They are very low friction and move around easily within the fabric which is nice...this allows you to press down comfortably on the beads and have some much needed support if working through carpal tunnel. On the backhand side of the brace is a stiff rubber foam insert that helps limit wrist movement in all directions. This insert can be removed which then allows the brace to be flipped inside out for use on the other hand. There is an informational tag you would find on most clothing at the end of the insert slot, which can be easily tucked in after the insert is put back in. (Recommended to tuck this in or cut it off as it can irritate skin if left out for a long period).Overall, this is a really nice brace. It is well made. The materials are good, the stitching looks like it will hold up for a long time, and breathability of the fabric is also great. If you happen to get this to fit perfectly, it should be very nice for combating carpal tunnel. I do however take off a star because I can see this not fitting all hand shapes comfortably. This is the trade off of a brace that does not have adjustable side straps to compensate for shapes that don't quite fit the norm. You may prefer this type of brace over a strap brace if straps typically cause irritation. But what you gain in breathability and a "sock-like" way of putting this brace on and taking if off, you may find you want just a little more rigidity and customized fit with straps. This brace limits movement, but in a very gentle way as the limiter is rubberized foam. It does not lock your hand in place like some other types of braces do. So this product may be for you if you have mild wrist pain and are looking for something that encourages less movement, but does not prevent movement entirely.Overall, great product!

Nice wrist brace that feels comfortable!
TLDR: Nice wrist brace that feels comfortable! It’s definitely good for helping with carpal tunnel and so far I really do like it! I think that its perfect for doing computer work and also for sleeping, which I actually got it for both ☺️ I like that it is snug and soft and doesn’t have a million straps or other things that get in the way. I definitely recommend for those struggling with wrist problems.

Nice fit, helps control wrist position, wrist rest gets in the way
I have carpal tunnel in both my wrists and this was used strictly on my right wrist, my dominant hand. It fits comfortably and the piece that helps prevent poor wrist movements wasn't super rigid which allows a good freedom of movement. The one item I did have an issue with was the built in wrist rest. If you use it solely for typing and not your mouse, no issues. If you need to use your mouse that built in wrest will interfere with the mouse itself. I take a single star off for that.

Comfortable fit for a wide variety of hands but lacking support
The brace is very well made and features small beads on the underside of the brace for support. I really like how easy it is to slip this brace on and off when needed and changing it out from left to right hand is very simple and quick. It also has great breathability and doesn't make my wrist sweat quite like other braces. With that being said, while it provides a wide range of flexibility, I do wish it provided a bit more support as it doesn't seem to be rigid enough to help with the wrist pain I have been dealing with. Other braces I have used for wrist pain have straps that make them more customizable for a tighter and more supportive fit and I think this brace could benefit from the addition of straps.

It's alright
I do a lot of knitting and crocheting which after a while causes some strain on my wrist from repetitive movements. As the title says, it's ok. The beads on the bottom are kind of awkward when knitting, but I think it would provide a lot of support for activities like drawing, typing, etc. The splint is the part that I felt gave me the most support. As another reviewer mentioned, it might feel a bit weird to bend your wrist but I personally didn't have any issue dealing with it and in fact appreciated the extra support and compression it provided. I don't have super small hands, however at a size small it feels a little too loose for a brace, I would have liked a bit more compression all around.

Soft, breathable fabric, firmness lacking
I would like to love this item but then I wore it for 2 days while working on the computer and I can’t seem to have a handle on it. The fabric used is soft and permeable so that air and moisture circulates. The splint is a hard strip of foam positioned on top (if you are wearing it on the left wrist) of your wrist that you can pull out if not comfortable or if using on the other hand - so technically it is a reversible brace. The beads serve like a built-in wrist pad that is permanently attached to the brace. For me, it was a little too high so it is not as easy to use. I need my thumb support due to arthritis (and carpal tunnel Syndrome) but because it sits too low on the base of the thumb, the support is lacking. I need some firmness to control the pain around the wrist towards the base of the thumb. Overall, this design will not work for what I need it for but it can work for others, just depending on your personal preference and need.

Got it or my partner, has helped her a lot with her carpal tunnel problems
My partner is a full time graphic designer, which means a lot of time at the computer using a mouse and drawing tablet - and that, of course, means a lot of stress of the wrist. She's been using the brace for a little bit now and it's helped alleviate some of the pins and needles/numbness she's been feeling in her fingertips. The only part of the brace that feels a little odd is the palm area, where there's a beanbag like addition that I believe is supposed to help rest the hand. It unfortunately can make it a bit difficult to do things like hold a tablet pen though.
