Q: Will these help you gain weight?

ALL you need to gain weight is to eat in a caloric surplus; the macros don't matter. I you're want to bulk/clean bulk you need to figure out your maintenance calories and then add 100-200 additional calories a day. You don't want to gain weight too quickly because you are trying to minimize fat gain. You will also have to include some kind of progressive overload workout program.
