Love that it’s different sizes in 1 box and comes with a sponge to clean them with. They also fit in ever flange which is nice

Came as described. All flanges are individually sealed with the different sizes. It even comes with the nipple measure so that’s super helpful! Recommend. Flanges work great. Good price.

Didn’t Come with Case Pictured
The item itself works fine but I bought this specific brand for the carrying case that appears in the review pictures. Mine did not come with a carrying case, all the parts were just loose in a box. I probably would’ve gone with a different brand had I known.

Big difference in using a correct flange size !
Fit perfect in my Lansinoh wearable pump. I just got it today and started using it immediately. I got to say for using it just one time already it has been a life changer in a matter of 2 minutes I got about 3 oz in one side and 1 oz on my other side which it would usually take in 20 minutes on my slack side. I totally see and feel a big difference. Love love loveee it already!!!
