Security Window Security Bar (4 pcs)

I have a 5 foot sliding patio door. Most are normally 6 feet. It fits well in the track even if there’s a 3/8 inch gap. That gap will not cause any problems if someone were to pry it open. Much better than the 1/2 inch wooden dowel I have been using. There is a hole on one end and I guess in a vertical application that you could use a screw to attach it to the frame if it doesn’t fit snug. There’s no felt included so you have to purchase it separately. In my case it doesn’t matter. The button is hard to push in for the adjustments. If you find it doesn’t fit your window perfectly you can always take up the difference with a piece of wood or metal washers since the hole spacing is about 1 3/16 inches. There are 13 holes and 2 holes on the push button end. You could actually push the button in and then push the button to the second hole if needed. A very good product for my patio sliding glass door.

This WooFog window bar is made of very strong steel. It has 13 adjustments available. It is a push pin type adjuster, but it is solid. This is made for security and I feel secure with it.The bar has a foot on one end so my window frame won't be damaged if it's ever needed. The finish is glossy and has no flaws, plus the rubber coating in the holes mean it won't get rusty and can be cleaned easily. We use this one on our large windows. We often adjust it so the window is open a bit. This way we can feel secure and get fresh air.

Took a bit to understand how to install but overall works great. We will see how well it puts up.

I love this! It's so easy to use. I do wish the holes were a bit closer together so you could make any window or door a super tight fit, but as it is, it doesn't allow a window or door to open far enough to get anything in. I am super happy with the quality of this bar!

I wish there were more setting in between. This device is very sturdy and seems like it will hold up well but the pre set buttons do not fit my window which makes it loose and not secure enough.
