You need this in the kitchen!
I’ve only used it once so far but love it. I used it to bake French fries and there was little to no oil used and I was able to flip and remove them perfectly. No odd smell from the mat, kept my pan clean, worked just as they say. Now I just want another one for my other large cooking pan.

Mat is perfect size
Does what silpat is supposed to do. What I like is that it fit my pan exactly. Finally found the right sized mat.

False advertising
What was sent is not as advertised. This mat is for half sheet pan. The item that was sent is different than what is in the picture and much smaller. Really disappointed
