A great jig starts with a great jig head. Ours feature extra strong, custom made Gamakatsu hooks made specifically for Aerojig. The size 1 hooks are made with wire normally found in the 1/0 heavy wire series. The increased strength gives you the confidence that when that trophy of a lifetime comes along your hook won't straighten out. All Aeorjig heads are powder painted and cured to company specifications. You won't find a jig with the eye painted shut!
