Genuinely disappointed
Initially OK, and then stopped working after just a few months. I will need to buy a replacement, and it won't be from this manufacturer

Effective, but noisy and watch your fingers!!
Very effective shredder.Quite the man when it comes to chugging through wads of paper.Very noisy though, and the one big design flaw is that there are no indents in the top part or the base for you to lift it with... on many occasions now I have badly trapped/pinched my fingers when putting the top back on after emptying it, or when trying to move it.Hence only 4 stars.

Efficient & Great for day to day shredding
Very pleased with the shredder. It arrived quickly and hot straight to work. It easily shreds through letters, staples and card. I had a lot of paperwork to shred and it will over heat if you work it continuously. But for regular day to day use it's perfect

Great shredder but useless for bank cards etc when using the assigned slot.

Very pleased with this product
Very pleased with this product. I've been doing a mountain of shredding and broke a similarly sized machine (they are not designed for shredding soft plastic envelopes that magazines come in.This machine shreds quickly and more quietly than my old machine. Also very handy is the small insert you can place inside the bin to catch plastic from shredding old credit cards that enables keeping the paper and plastic separate. Great machine.
