This came USPS in flimsy packaging. Shattered.Seeking refund / replacement, Amazon disavows."Not returnable" "Not replaceable."I am going to try to get satisfaction from USPS,but I am not optimistic.

Lid gets hit otherwise a good product
The lid gets hot otherwise a good product. Be careful when touching the lid after a while, hence 3 stars.

Looks good, works well
Looks exactly as pictured, and works well. Been using it with resin. Works as good as charcoal burners.Only qualms are that the base is very ugly and looks very cheap. Like dollar store cheap.

Very pretty
This has got to be one of the prettiest incense burners I have ever had.It is ceramic so you need to be careful. It does plug in as well. This burner takes the gum incense. I had to look that up because I was not sure what it was. They do sell it on Amazon.It heats up and the incense starts to burn and provide fragrance through out the room. It is nice not to have the ash all over from the stick incense.This is a very nice burner.
