I had one of these for 10 years and it just stopped working. I bought this set and had them within 2 days. I only wish that they had 3 main units like it comes with and 3 remotes in stead of the 2 that comes with it. Installed in 2nd bedroom where our grand children come to stay over now and then. We have three flower shaped wall mount accent lights in the room which we've plugged into the three outlets. We've mounted one remote by the door with Velcro and the other remote at the head of their bunk bed. Now the kids can turn on and off any or all of the three accent lights either coming and going into the room or from their bed. The system works perfect for this application and seems to be very good quality and performs excellently, highly recommended.

We can have one remote in the bedroom and one in the living room - turn on lamps, fans etc. Very convenient and all three outlets and both remotes worked without any fuss. We even memorized which button was which easily - surprise surprise and would not have wanted anything with one remote where if we lost it we were frantic. Had to take off a star when one died after a months use - it had a floor heater plugged in so maybe was too much for it? Still love the design just would not pay tons for them if using with a high power fixture where would need replacement often.

This has got to be one of the best things I have purchased for myself. Plug anything you want into the unit and turn things on! It is extremely handy during the holidays when I have lights plugged in all over the house. Stand in one spot and turn them all on and off. No more bending at night, or reaching under the tree, or peeking your head outside in a blizzard to turn on / off your lights! I may have to get a few more sets, and add a few more lights!

This is our third set of these neat gadgets. We plugged one in the outlet behind my glass fronted curio cabinet, so I can just "click" when I want the curio lit without having to open the glass and inevitably knock over some of my things. The second set we gave as a gift for a our in laws- a really "hard to buy for" surgeon - He LOVED it! These are fantastic!!

I really do love these things despite the three star rating. I bought some several years ago and they always worked perfectly until a short time ago. After a few years of use they just quit. Changed the batteries but to no avail so I ordered this set. One of the switches works great. One switch works for a while then quits working. After a few days I can try it again and it's working fine. The third switch works sometimes and then sometimes I have to press the button on the remore several times and sometimes I have to hold the button down for several seconds for it to work. All in all, they work but I am disappointed. It's a bit frustrating not knowing if they are going to work or not.

Both the remotes and wall plugs worked... but not together! they were not paired. I bought these from costco a few years ago and they works great. loved them and wanted to buy another set. Costco isn't selling them this year.First to note, amazon is not selling these in retail packaging. they are in frustration free packaging. Probably had someone take them out of the original packaging... put them in a small easy to open box and that person switched up the remotes from one set with another set.Bummer because they would have worked nicely.

Even in an age of Alexa etc, They make life easier.Had a set for years but they finally died. This set seems identical. Worked fine at first but quit after about a week or two. Seller quickly replaced and the new set is still fine after several weeks.
