Great bit of kit
Ok now coming up to Autumn 2021. I ordered this in June after a bit of research and have been really impressed.Fed up of cheap little coolers, (why when they are cheap should I be surprised?) Decide to invest in something that might actually do the job. Needed it for long weekend camping trips withy the grandchildren et al. Plus day trips and family bbq's. Its been brilliant. I had looked at yeti and other similar up market coolers... v expensive and alright if you are out in the Atlantic fishing, and need to bring your catch home in a weeks time and for it to be fresh. Its kept all our stuff in good order even with kids opening the lid every 5 minutes and me shouting at them..One word of caution and an indication of how good this things is, We had a family party on the beach filled the box with drinks and Ice, and when it came to getting some of the drinks out they were freezing up....that's cool.I rarely bother with reviews but felt this was so good for the money I had to do it. Hope your purchase works as well for you..

Brilliant kit
Put cold beers and foodstuffs in this with a bag of ice on top. Holds plenty and even on day 4 when the temperature on all 4 days was 18 to 20c there was still ice in it. Easy to clean and a very useful drain hole for letting fluids out. The wheels cope easily with all terrains and it even doubled up as a seat. Would definitely recommend.

Very effective for its initial weekend outing ...
We pre-cooled ours for about a day before we went camping for a three day trip. We bought a pack of 12 x 500ml drinking water and froze those solid, before using them for cooling the box. We packed about 8 of these in the bottom, covered by a thin sheet of cardboard (for a flat surface and a little protection from direct contact with the ice), we then packed the cooler with the frozen items / meat items at the bottom, with wine / beer / pop at the side and dairy at the top. We included ice blocks over these, with a further sheet of cardboard to store salad leaves etc right at the top.We found it to be very effective ... everything was very cold all weekend, frozen items remained frozen and all our drinks / mile were nicely chilled. Wine bottles fitted in nicely, which is an essential for the modern camper. We might try and experiment with baskets in it to further organise food. There does appear to be space / a slot for some sort of divider, but it doesn't come with one and I can't seem to find one online. The handles at the side are OK, but are just moulded and not especially deep. I would have preferred fixed handles which could be used as tie down points in the car. The lid is very close fitting, but some sort of positive lock or latch would be helpful. We used a bungee to keep it tight shut, which was perhaps not entirely necessary. The wheels / handle are helpful for moving it around. I don't think I'd like to wheel it far though as the wheels are only moulded plastic. It is a bit of a beast, particularly when filled up, so I should think the wheels will get used a fair bit.

Fabulous Coolbox
Ordered the Igloo cool box to go away with and it is everything we wished it to be. Has kept contents cold for up to 4 days on very hot days abroad in our Motorhome. Just add bags of ice cubes & frozen ice packs. Works perfectly for us & would highly recommend.

Great coolbox for a longer trip
I think we needed to change the blocks/ice bottles every couple of days but it stayed cold the entire week and didn't get attacked by squirrels. It was really easy to wheel around the campsite. Overall a great product that I'm sure will last a very long time.

Doesn’t live up to the hype
I like this cooler, however the main reason I bought this cooler was on the basis that it kept items chilled for a slightly longer period. Nope.. for use for a day or 2 it’s brilliant. But for longer, like 5 days, no chance. I prechilled, I put towels at the top to add extra insulation - most it chills for is pushing it at 48hrs. Not sure how people can get longer out of it. Now, I couldn’t use ice, so I used ice/gel packs, frozen 2.5ltr bottles of water (x6) so may be that might be why. It’s great and I like the wheels and it’s very sturdy but my main purpose for going for this was the duration it kept chilled, and sadly for me it failed here, which is why it’s got 3 stars.

Does what it says and keeps things cool!
First thing I'll say is it's big! We are a family of 6 and we struggled to fill this for our picnic.Keeps things cool all day even at 34c with only 3 small ice packs.I'm sure it will be even better when our large ice boards arrive.Well recommended.
