Grizzly HRM38 Cylinder Hand Push Lawn Mower

This is a great tool for a new or recently overseeded lawn. Its precise razor cut ensures that the grass will not be yanked by the roots as with a rotary mower and its light weight (7kg) does not compress the turf. I used to have a rotary mower but put it aside in favour of this. One word of caution, do not even bother to assemble the grass catcher. The cuttings miss it most of the time and it becomes less easy to maneuver. I do not fit the grass catcher but use a plastic rake immediately afterwards to gather the cuttings.

Easy to use - but - does tend to leave some longer grass blades behind that you have to go over a few times. Otherwise nice result

Purchased elsewhere- it arrived with ripped grass bag and then within 2 mins of correctly assembling it the handles fell off repeatedly -its a design fault and not just isolated to the one I have -check the web. Its sturdy enough and good quality but the handle design is a flaw that makes using this a really awful experience -I would advise looking at the Bosch at well under half the price. Until they can sort out the design flaw that means the handles come apart from the mower within minutes this mower is going to be a no starter for most people. Best avoided.
