THis is good for those of us that are always in the run and do not have time for a complete balance diet. This supplement has really boost our energy.

Works reasonably well. Keeps legs from cramping when taken daily.

I haven't bought these, but should warn those that are strict Keto'ers...THIS PRODUCT IS NOT KETO. There's rice flour in the ingredients. Rice or any variant of it is not keto-legal. I wish I could buy these, but can't, simply because of this. Bummer.

Really wanted this product to be great. On the Keto Diet and needed an easy way to replace electrolytes and stop the oncoming muscle cramps. Took this pill as recommended and still had horrible muscle cramps that woke me up at night. Ended up buying liquid electrolyte replacement drops and after one use had no more cramps. Perhaps this product is good for people who are on a normal diet and just want to take pills to replace electrolytes versus drinking sports drinks.

Great product. Definitely replenishes the electrolytes that are lost while undergoing ketosis. I feel much better and retain water much easier after taking these.

They helped me not cramp as much at night while I sleep.

Using this product because I’m on the Keto Diet and they say you should make sure you have enough electrolytes. And drink slot of water. I can’t really tell if it’s doing anything for me because I’m taking all kinds of stuff, but I’m going to always take these because I’m pretty sure it’s doing something for me and besides they say you need to take electrolytes, so I am. Sorry I couldn’t be more helpful.
