Seta up smoothly and runs so far so good. Pretty good for the price.

Right out of the box the first item would not charge. I tried all of the troubleshooting and even a chat with a rep. Returned it. Exact same thing with replacement. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SELLER. No quality control, maybe it's a bad batch. Now I notice they have increased the price. Not worth the trouble it is to ship it back.

Didn't work when I took it out, I had to reinstall the OS. After that it worked.It's pretty nice for the price, it's light and easy to hold. HOWEVER, holding it in bed just surfing the net the screen starts to flicker, sometimes text went crazy (like reading with someone else's glasses).The tablet quality just isn't there. Sound is tiny, storage isn't great.Dont get this, you can't really do work with this, and I don't imagine it'll last long. Go get a refurbished Microsoft surface instead, at least that's built right

I don't find Android tablets to be as robust as Windows tablets. There should be more PC-based tablets available. I rate this as excellent for $$150 tablet. Not used much just yet; its intended purpose is for a pocketable tablet I can take to appointments or for day trips. I'll be using it for genealogy research and writing so it will not be stressed by large apps or intensive graphics. I will likely carry it in a sleeve vice a case and will not buy a KB unless the on-screen KB get tedious.

I've had this for three days so I may submit a revised review when I get to know it better. The storage space available on its memory chip is a paltry 64 gb, and the maximum storage you can add is 128 GB, in TF format; the instructions don't tell you how or where to install it but I think I have figured it out after watching a few youtube videos and I'll try it tonight when my TF card arrives from Amazon. Also included but not mentioned anywhere is a 3-foot USB A to C cable and a 6" USB A to C adapter, without instructions on how or why to use them. The computer comes with a power adapter for 110 or 240V AC, with 4-foot cable and 3.5 x 1.35 mm round plug to fit into the computer. The "User Manual" of 14 small pages lists the specifications (same as in the Amazon catalog listing) and promises one year of service support, saying "Please contact us by email" but does NOT give their email address and neither does Amazon, making the warranty essentially worthless. I'm glad I bought the optional Asurion 2-year total protection package for $40 because it does provide a web address and toll-free phone number for tech support 24/7 -- exactly what this computer needs (and should not be sold without)!
