I just had one installed on my 2024 GMC Sierra 1500. I have the Mangoal front and back cameras. Install looked pretty simple but since it's a new truck I had a shop install it so I knew it was done correctly. I like it so far. It looks great, you can't tell it's not the original rear view mirror casing. Just make sure you order the correct one for your vehicle. The back camera is just a basic back window camera. It works fine.I went with this brand because I didn't want wires hanging down in the front. This brand looks good and doesn't take up any extra space.The only down side which wasn't a big deal for me is that you can only access the app to see videos if your in your vehicle with it turned on. The wifi of the dash cam only reaches about 10 ft.So if you want to see videos in the app you have to be inside your vehicle with it on and disconnect from apple/android auto. It's a slight inconvenience but for me it wasn't a big deal. Its not like you have to review videos often.If you download any videos you can see those in the app anytime anywhere since they are downloaded.The device does come with the sd card so you can always view videos on the sd card as well.Other then that it's a great protect. The videos are clear.Also, I ordered mine from Amazon instead of the Mangoal website because of the delivery time. Mangoal was like 7-10 days I think and Amazon I had it in two days.

Great product! Installed on 25 AT4 with tech. Worried from other that may interfere with camera mirror but works great. A little harder to snap back on than in video but took maybe 20 minutes total. Highly recommend!

This is a good solid option for a camera. It's resolution allows license plate identification. It installs as easy as it can given the nature of the required alignment of the clips. The SD card is SUPER easy to remove and download from, so I don't even bother with the app. Which is good, because trying to establish a Wifi link never worked for me.

Terrible installing and fit. I usually pretty good at radar and stereo installs but the fitmit on this carmera is terrible. You get the back in and the front pops out, get the front clipped in and the back pops out. The design is a nice concept but the execution is awful. Mongoal needs to rething the fit on the plastic housing to make for easier installation.

I looked into many others but I guess I didn't look close enough. Overall this is a good unit. The thing I love most about it is that it mounts and replaces the housing around the mirror which makes it look like OEM. Instructions were good but could've been clearer. It had all necessary cords/adapters but Instructions weren't clear if I needed to use all, or one over the other.I had to contact their support to ask questions and found out it was overseas. But, their support was awesome! They got back quickly and answered my questions.The quality of the front and rear video is outstanding.I am happy with the unit except......The vehicle speed is not captured by the unit. This would be necessary for certain insurance claims. It also doesn't have the GPS capability by itself, which would show longitude and latitude on the file. That to me is less important than vehicle speed.Overall, it it a good quality video recorder.Unfortunately, The return window has closed, so I lost money on this.I am going to start looking for another one that has what I need. This unit had so much potential.

Great product. Followed the simple directions and did not take much time. The biggest problem was getting the front clips to snap in. But that eventually was resolved. Would buy again.

Updated review: I am very impressed at how responsive and helpful the customer service is for this company. They provided a plethora of solutions and options. They take feedback well and use it to help make their product better. I wish more sellers and companies cared this much. I will update should anything change with its functionality.Original review: My 24 GMC Sierra 1500 x31 doesn’t have the trusty 12v plug. So finding a dash cam has been annoying. Of the two main options on Amazon, I went with this one to save some money. It’s just, ok. It does what it’s supposed to. It looksok. The app is, just ok. Installation was very frustrating though. All the videos are only for the auto dimming mirror. Except for a loose sheet of paper with poorly translated instructions, there was nothing else to go on. I also dislike how tight the dash cam housing attaches to the windshield. It does not feel like I will be able to remove without breaking the oem clips. Had I have known how tight it would be, I wouldn’t have installed and returned. Feel more like I’m stuck with it now. For the price, I wouldn’t buy again.

Four reasons this product get 5 stars:1. Excellent image quality and easy to use app.2. Easy installation. It took me less than 30 minutes including downloading and linking the app.3. OEM look. It is almost totally invisible. The only thing that is not totally hidden is the rear view camera, but its really small and unobtrusive.4. Excellent customer service. The Y connector that comes with the unit did not work with my particular vehicle set up. I emailed customer service and Leo got right back to me. He actually custom made a connector for my set up and overnighted it to me! I was super impressed!
