Arrived within 3 days. One large box and I panicked !! …. needlessly. Clear instructions and clever packaging made it so easy to put the feet and saddle onto the extending main frame. We wanted a Concept 2 but we just don’t have the space. This rower is good, very good. Very quiet with a clever screen to display various aspects of the session. Glides and effort can be altered easily using a simple dial. A great success with both my wife and me. Not Concept 2 but a good and effective substitute that folds easily and is over £700 cheaper. Buy one !!!!

I've been enjoying this machine but not long after building it I had noticed a creaking from left pedal. Today I removed the Allen bolts to reveal a widening crack in the pedal weld. Seems to be a design flaw suffered by others. The customer services were great, sorted a replacement without quibble.

I bought this so I could increase my fitness it was very easy to put together my husband of 84 and myself 68 had no trouble took just 20 minutes the only thing I struggled with was getting the computer out to put in the batteries we both struggled with that but eventually managed to do it. There are 2 things that could be improved an that is the computer as it is fix into the machine on the curve it is not the easiest to see should be able to adjust it to a more vertical position and then there is the seat it is quite small on; 11 inches across and while it may suit younger people those of us with wider butts it is a challenge, so I bought a larger seat pad which is 13 inches across and fitted it on top of the original seat and now it is quite comfortable. The machine itself works very well it is quiet and the tension at no 4 works for me and I hope to increase that once I have been using it for a few more weeks and my strength and stamina increase. So gave it 4 stars. I would recommend this machine.

This rower is great. I did return in the end for various reasons but I would actually still recommend this and I would not hesitate to get this rower again in the future. The company are really lovely to speak with and reply fast to queries. They do offer to replace parts that are faulty and in my situation with now change of life circumstances there was not much point in having a part replaced and in the end it worked out to return it. No fault to the seller, as they were very happy to replace parts. It's easy to put together and can see the roller wheels that I have issues with would have been easy to replace but in the end it was inconvenient for us.

Great at first but after 10 months the foot pedal is giving way. Had to stop using before it snapped off fully. Amazon wont help as outside of 30 days.. the chat assistants have got worse, copy and pasting their responses not actually listening to issue.

The rowing machine is easy to set up and use and very quiet, however in less than a week (mild to moderate use) the weld broke on the left foot support. Avoid this product it's simply more hassle than it's worth even for such a cheap price.

I’ve had this machine for several months & Im using it every day - I’ve only ever used the machines in the gym so it’s not really comparing like with like but I can’t tell the difference haha - for the price it’s superb for me & its ability to be stowed away easily is a major bonus

The webbing of the rowing handle broke after 12 weeks of use!
