which omni antennas will work with that unit ? Im looking for something small , maybe the size of the picostation ones.

Note, this is not a typical MIMO access point, you can try, but do not expect to get good results by attaching two vertically polarized omni directional antennas to this radio. It is optimized for simultaneous use of two orthogonally polarized antennas.Also note, if you're attaching omni directional antennas, you probably want Point to Multipoint functionality, this requires a recent firmware on this model radio.This is designed to work with the Ubiquiti airMAX Omni AMO-5G10 or AMO-5G13 (these are huge in comparison to the pico station.) The picostation was never available in a 5Ghz model, or else you could attach one of those antenna. Any omni directional 5Ghz antenna with a male RP-SMA connector should fit. I don't have any specific model to recommend.

no, these radios are designed to only work with other Airmax AC radios. They do not offer the ability to disable airmax like the older M series radios.
