I only stayed taking this product with the last few days but so far, I'm pleased. Capsules are easy to swallow and I can say that I have noticed that I am blowing my nose and mucus is coming out. Love that I have all of these ingredients in one product.

I have only been taking the product for about a week now. I have seen a little change in more energy. I'm also starting to sleep better at night. Will continue to take product until the bottle is gone. To see if anything changes.

This product has all the essential minerals but the bad ingredient is the black pepper. Black pepper is not good for you

Sea Moss? Sounded really gross, but I have heard the ingredients and vitamins and minerals in this supplement are phenomenal for your overall health. I work out (lightly) each day, and I wanted something to help with my muscle recovery and circulation as well as heart health so I found this supplement! I don't get nauseous taking it, like some other do, AND I love that it's 100% natural and make in the USA!

I just started taking these so I can't attest to how it affects me but they are easy to swallow and the ingredients are great. There is a slight earthy flavor to them but nothing you wouldn't expect from natural ingredients. Seems to be a high quality product.

I had been seeing so much about these supplements on tiktok so I had to try them out for myself and let me tell you they really do work! My husband has been taking them for about a week now and he was actually concerned they had caffine in them because of how energized he feels everytime he takes them. They do not of course but that is just crazy he thinks there is! They are awesome and work for us very well!
