High Density Polyethylene Sheets HDPE Plastic Sheet Board for DIY, Heavy Duty Industry, 1/2" Thick,Size 6" x 12", White Color

I used this to make a replacement depth stop clamp for my 1980s craftsman drill press. The part is no longer available, so it used the original to trace the outline, cut it out and made a new one. It's been working fine for months. This material is a easy to work with and stronger than the original, brittle plastic part.

I used this to take up the play in a Harbor Freight 20 Ton Press I just purchased. It fit in the movable arbor arm to side rails to fill the gap & Is very slick.

Solid piece of quality plastic. Used it to replace the door in a pull behind yard spreader. The previous design was steel and rusted out.

This is my 2nd order of this product... (I have a 3rd yet to be delivered)Aside from a little warping of the sheets, which is annoying, the variation in thickness from my first order and second order, both 1/2", is about a 10th of an inch. This is disappointing when cutting out sign letters that need to be consistent.

I used this product as baking for a mounting plate. It worked well. I like that it came wrapped in plastic to protect its surface.

I ordered a 12x12 piece of black HDPE. It arrived on time and free of defects other than it being warped. Luckily the warping did not prevent me from using. I was able to cut to size and use it to frame my GPS/Sounder in my boat console. I did notice that the finish is easy to scratch, but maybe that is normal for this type of material. The end result looked nice, but it was not exactly what I expected.

As described. Easily cut for spacers and patterns with a jig saw.

2 sheets Came warped.. Measurements are slightly off... I ordered gloss black and it literallly leave scratches wiping it with a microfiber towel. Complete JUNK! do not buy the gloss black.
