Works right out of the box! Packaged well and easy to plug and play. Disclaimers on actual storage amount for PC/Mac is clear and file transfer was quick and easy. I had extra files on my computer that I needed to offload and this hard drive is perfect. Design is also compact and light. Would be great for travel as well.

Well I was in the middle of trying to decide to send it back after reading some stuff on google I figured out how to get it to reformat so I could actually copy videos and pictures to from the MacBook Air M1 Iโm happy with this purchase
