Perfect for Gozney Pizza Oven
I used this for the wood burning attachment for a Gozney pizza oven. It burns well with little residue. You do have to cut some pieces down as there are a lot of larger chunks but they do split nicely.

We order this wood for our Ooni on a regular basis the wood is constantly great. However I’m giving them a 5 star for their customer service. We recently received a batch of wood that produced too much smoke while in the Ooni, likely due to moisture. We let them know about this and they sent us a replacement batch hassle free.Top notch customer service deserves acknowledgement.

Nice clean pieces of hardwood, suitable for cooking on. The small pieces are uniformly cut and burn fairly quickly, leaving a nice bed of coals to cook on, great for pizza ovens.
