Product came without a single word of English used. The package labeling and the directions are in multiple foreign languages I cannot understand. Ingredients, dosage, side effects etc are undecipherable. The picture clearly shows English text but it isn't what I received. I can't return it as it is a medical item.Extremely disappointed in the seller and would not recommend to anyone.
