It does not bloat my tummy, it keeps me fuller longer, and it packed with all the right ingredients. One thing to remember if you are doing KETO, is that this product does have carbs in it and you may not need the entire scope to obtain your needed Proteins and be able to avoid the "overconsumption" of carbohydrates per-meal.3.
