I would suggest contacting Amazon customer support for info on what to do re: your missing item. I've always had excellent experiences with them.

How long does this product last? Both when being applied it and the product itself

I have only used it once, it went on well n was comfortable on my skin. I didn't wear it but a few hours n removed it with micelar water.
