so happy with her heated massage pad , so glad this is a thing i love the products i have two in my car that i use on my route to work that i bought years ago and they are still running strong (massage heated seat , and neck massage) if you are wondering is it worth it? i say yes i tried it myself it gets warm super fast and the 30 min time is the sweet spot , the material is as soft as kittens and feels very well made , you have nothing to lose and only relief to gain .

The heating pad was great but my favorite part was the vibrations. I use it as a menstrual heating pad and it was awesome

This item is AWFUL, TERRIBLE, DISAPPOINTING! I have had it a little over a month(ordered on 1/28, today is 2/29) and it is already NOT working! I plug it in, and try to turn it on and nothing! I have it plugged into a surge protector which is active as I've had other items plugged in that worked fine. I've also tried it in several different outlets (that work with other items) to no avail. This heating pad is defective and was a complete waste of money. I am going to see if I can return it. I am very disappointed because when it worked it worked well! So it's very hard for me to write this review as I WISH this was a better, more durable product, seems insane that it is already done working after such a short period of time.

[MY 4*-S REVIEW FROM 2024 HAS BEEN DISAPPEARED] for as long as it lasted, this corded 24VDC @36W vibrating massage heat wrap worked EXACTLY as advertised with VERY REAL THERAPUTIC EFFECT. unfortunately, it's now DISCONTINUED & isn't coming back. it always had minor impementataion/build flaws that ultimately contributed to it's in-extended-2+1-year warranty. the digital LED controller always ran as hot, & sometimes hotter, than the actual heat wrap setting in use. this chronic excessive controller heat caused individual segments of each LED display digit to permanently burn out @ ~2 years of near daily use. by the time all LEDs permanently burned out, i'd memorized all of the button press patterns from cold starts. the vibrating massage units are deliberately unbalanced spinning weights. brand new, they're very quiet when vibrating even at the highest settings. over time, these unbalanced spinners became louder & louder as the spinning weight made more & more physical contact with the plastic massage unit's RECTANGULAR CASE. [a round unit case would've made the same level of physical contact much quieter.] finally, all electrical connections inside the wrap are non-durably wired, rather than more durable heavy flex-duty ribbon cable [or durably flexible coaxial cable]. wires to massage units & heating elements are separate. my wrap's massage wires failed first. finally the wrap's heating wires. now, the SL-6213 is TOTALLY INOPERABLE. WHY IS IT STILL 4*-S? EXCELLENT THERAPUTIC EFFECT WHEN IT WORKED. IT FAILED, WITHIN THE EXTENDED WARRANTY, & SNAILAX IS REPLACING IT WITH A COMPARABLE, LOWER POWER [12VDC @24W] CURRENT "SHIATSU" STYLE MASSAGER + HEAT WRAP. [i will miss vibrating massage, though.] SNAILAX HONORS IT'S NON-ABUSE/NON-MISUSE WARRANTY!!! EXCELLENT SNAILAX CUSTOMER SERVICE MAINTAINS MY ORIGINAL RATING/REVIEW.

Bought for my mom for Christmas as she has a lot of back problems. She loves that it massages and heats up. Only downfall is that it must be plugged in and I didn’t realize that.
