Nintendo Switch with Neon Blue and Red Joy-Con (Renewed)

I ordered 2 in April 2026. One for my April birthday boy and one for my May birthday boy. April birthday was good, it had a cracked screen protector, not a big deal. Just replaced and the device works great and charges in the dock. This came with all accessories needed to get started with a nintendo, Perfect! However my May birthday, his device Powers off intermittently and hard to get to turn back on, even when fully charged. Thankfully we were still in return window. Sadly only option was to send back for a refund, I'm sure it's just a defective battery. Oh well, we are waiting on the refund and I'll update to 5 stars when that is back. We have since ordered another one and I'll review that one separately. All in all we are happy with these purchases and love the accessories. Perfect, beginner box set.*update, received full refund. I highly recommend these nintendo switch sets. Even renewed they are great and the company is easy to work with if there's an issue.

I am extremely disappointed with this purchase.I ordered a renewed Nintendo console from Amazon, expecting a professionally inspected, tested, and fully functional device. Instead, I received what appears to be a used, defective console.From the moment we set it up, the console did not work. The Joy-Con controllers would not connect to the console or even power on. After contacting customer support, I had no choice but to send the console for repair at my own expense.What is even more concerning is that this was clearly not a renewed product. The console still contained the previous owner's data, settings, and history, making it obvious that it had not even been properly reset, let alone inspected or refurbished before being sold.Despite receiving a defective product that was falsely advertised as renewed, Amazon has refused to cancel the order.I paid full price for a renewed console but received a used, faulty device, and I have also had to pay significant repair costs. This experience has been extremely frustrating and has completely undermined my confidence in Amazon's renewed products.I would strongly advise other customers to think twice before purchasing renewed electronics from this seller.I immediately contacted Amazon customer support. The first representative told me there was no problem and that I would receive a replacement product without needing to return the defective one. Since this sounded unusual, I contacted support again to verify. The second representative confirmed that I should receive an email within 24 hours confirming that a replacement unit would be sent.When I did not receive any confirmation, I contacted customer support again. This time, I was told that the previous representative had made a mistake, and that I needed to return the defective unit in order to receive a working replacement. Again, I did not receive any confirmation.I contacted customer support yet again, and they told me they would forward my request to the store to arrange a replacement. The store then informed me that a replacement was not available and that they could only offer a refund.I contacted Amazon again, explained the situation, and was told that they were sorry but could not do anything further. When I asked how I could receive a replacement unit, I was told that I could not. When I asked what my options were, Amazon told me to return the unit and that they would issue a refund. I asked how to return it, and they assured me that they would provide a return label and that I simply needed to use that label to send the product back.Throughout this entire process, I repeatedly explained and emphasized that I am located in Israel. Amazon continued to assure me that there was no problem and that returning the product would be simple.So I went to UPS, only to discover that the return label Amazon sent me could not be used to ship the product back from Israel. I contacted Amazon again, and they told me they could not do anything about it.I must emphasize that whenever the support representatives did not want to address the issue, they repeated the same line: “We are sorry for the inconvenience, but this is our limitation.” I asked to speak with a manager or someone else who could help, but I received the same response and was told that they needed to close the conversation.This has been absolutely horrible customer service from Amazon.If you are not located in the United States, I strongly recommend that you do NOT purchase from Amazon or from this store. If something goes wrong, there appears to be no real support.I have all the customer support conversations in my emails to support everything I have stated here.

The Nintendo Switch arrived in great condition and was securely packaged. Everything was included exactly as described, and the console looked brand new with no issues. The quality exceeded my expectations, and the entire buying experience was smooth. I’m very happy with my purchase and would definitely recommend this seller.

It’s a little laggy and it came uncleaned with fingerprints on the screen and back of the item.

I purchased this game console for my special needs son because it helps keep him engaged while also building his fine motor skills.One of the main reasons I chose this product was because the listing specifically described it as having detachable controllers. Since we had no immediate need to remove the controllers, we didn't think to test that feature when it arrived.Unfortunately, after my son accidentally dropped the console, the red controller separated from the unit. That's when we discovered it was actually attached by a lead cable rather than functioning as a truly detachable controller as described in the listing. The console is now unusable.To make matters worse, I also purchased the Asurion Protection Plan because it was advertised as covering accidental drops, liquid spills, and other unexpected damage. When I filed a claim, I was told this particular damage was not covered, which was extremely disappointing given the way the protection plan was presented at the time of purchase.I contacted the seller hoping they would take some responsibility since the product did not appear to match the advertised description. However, because I was just one week beyond their 90-day return window, they declined to offer any assistance or accommodation.My advice to other buyers is to thoroughly inspect and test every advertised feature as soon as you receive the product—even if you don't expect to use that feature right away. Also, if you purchase the Asurion Protection Plan, take the time to understand exactly what is and isn't covered so there are no surprises later.I was disappointed not only by the discrepancy between the advertised description and the product I received, but also by the lack of support after the issue was discovered.

Joycons didn’t work so had to buy new ones for $120 so that was disappointing on Christmas Day but the unit seems to be working fine…except for the memory card which didn’t work so cost us another $110 to get fixed. Pathetic.
