Not sure on the finish but overall good.
Not sure what the finish is on this but it's not oil, it's almost like it's been varnished and the feel is quite rough. It's also been made a bit too sharp on the edge which makes a horrible feel and sound when scraping the bottom of a stainless steel pan. However, the shape is lovely to hold so I'll keep it and save off the finish and round the end slightly then it'll be perfect 😊

Very nice indeed.
Very nicely made though I think I'll sand the finish off with fine sandpaper as it looks like some type of light non-oil based coating. Shouldn't take more than a couple of minutes. This is going to last for years, love it and very nice for the price.
