IQ Shield Matte Screen Protector Compatible with Galaxy S9 (Case Friendly)(2-Pack) Anti-Glare Anti-Bubble Film

This makes a big difference for me with my Samsung S9. I use my phone to stream shows at lunch and now I don't get my own reflection on the screen. Also it works great when I am outside filling my pump and using Walmart Pay at either a Walmart or Sam's.

just installed this on my Galaxy 9s over an existing glass screen protector ( I love the protection of the glass protector, but I can't see my phone outside in bright light). followed the enclosed directions, the spray is tucked in the side section of the box and did not immediately come out when I tipped the box over, so make sure you have that as well. nothing wet is included to wet clean your screen, I used a Lysol wipe to make sure all oils and fingerprints were off before applying this. as stated in the instructions, it does take a little bit of extra pressure and attention around the edges specially on a curved screen like this, but the edges have stuck and the phone screen seems to be the same sensitivity as it was with only the glass protector on it. it does give a slight difference to the way the screen looks, but that's the same with any type of matte screen, we're so used to seeing glass screens now, does not seem pixely as described in a few other questions or review answers that I looked at. heading out for a weekend trip, so if this thing fails miserably I'll update my review, if there's no update you can assume that it did its job :) gave four stars since I only just applied it and can't know yet if it actually stays put like it's supposed to

EDIT: This is the "case-friendly" version. After receiving the "edge-to-edge" version from IQ shield, the product fit much better. Make sure you are very careful about which one you're ordering. Upgrading rating.I had an IQ Shield Matte screen protector for my Galaxy S7 and loved it. When I got the protector for my new Galaxy S9, I was very disappointed. The protector doesn't cover all the way to the bottom or the top, and is too narrow to wrap all the way around to the end of the screen at the "edge", yet too wide to naturally lay flat against the face of the screen. There's a small area of both edges that sticks out from the edges, and is too stiff to wrap around the curved edge and adhere. I would say the top edge is 4mm short, the left and right edges are 3mm too narrow (each), and the bottom is 2mm short (measurements with the top cutouts centered and as close to the cameras as I can get them). This causes my finger to run across the edge of the film every time I swipe down from the top edge, up from the bottom edge, or in from the right edge (to access the edge panel). Not only is this annoying, but I suspect the film will begin to detach from the screen at these points.Otherwise, the material is great and the installation instructions led to a perfectly bubble-free application. Hope they can figure out their dimensions soon.

This is the best screen protector I have found. It is truly a matte finish and does not show fingerprints. Touch sensitivity is perfect. As far as installation, it's a wet application. No surprises. You can move it around quite a bit while the surface is wet. The few bubbles you can't smooth out yourself will work themselves out in a couple of days. It's on very securely once it dries completely.

Okay is the installation process strange for a screen protector? Yes. Do you have to spray your phone with a solution and get it all wet? Yes. Is it a little tedious and time consuming? Yes. But this screen protector looks GREAT. I love the matte finish. And I did get it to stick on the edges. After you get it settled on the main part of the screen just keep pressing down section after section of the edges for just a few minutes and the edges stick. I didn't see any other matte screen protectors for the S9 so I think this is your only option but for me it was a good option. I only gave it 4 stars because it's too soon to tell exactly how much protection it is giving my screen. But it looks great and so glad not to have the glare of those damn glass screen protectors anymore.

This is the best screen protector I've ever had. That being said, you will only like it if you prefer anti glare, matte screen protectors. They take getting used to and there is an element of things looking pixelated with one. To me the anti glare aspect, plus my finger swiping more easily across the screen, make up for this. The application process of this protector is super easy, but you do want to follow the instructions closely. The only downside is the having to wait overnight to mess with your phone. Hard to do with a new phone! By being very meticulous in pressing down the sides during the application, I got the protector to stick to even the curved edges of my S9 pretty well. Not completely perfect but much better than the last one I had, which wouldn't adhere and attracted fuzz. I have had this protector on for a couple months now and wanted to wait to review it until I could see how it held up, etc. I have been very pleased and would definitely recommend.

Fantastic product, worked like a charm on my Samsung S9 with a protective case! No more crazy reflective glare from the screen thanks to this antiglare protective film. Instructions were easy to follow and installation was a breeze. Be patient, don't try to rush it and it should work fine. The liquid application and curved edges are a little daunting, but trust me the results are better than the regular sticky style DIY screen protectors. I actually removed the very crummy protective screen from the case and now am still using the same case, but with the IQ antiglare film.

I had no problems with the installation of this screen protector. There were no bubbles, the anti glare is amazing, edges stay down. My phone has been protected through many, many drops on concrete among other surfaces (big shoutout to Otterbox as well!). My phone has been in the shower (for those days when one must play music and quietly sob in the shower) and has been washed in the sink with hand soap many a times. But now there are some slight marks from various incidents and I shall be replacing it for the second protector that came in the box. If ever the second one fails me, I shall order this product again.

I work outside a fair bit and was getting heaps of glare on my screen when trying to use it outside. Basically in bright light all I could see was my reflection instead of what I was trying to see on my screen. This seems to have eliminated that problem a fair bit.Will protect from small scratches and stuff I guess but I'm fairly confident if you drop or impact the screen with this screen protector its still going smash the screen.Also read a few reviews of people being put out by the fact this is a 'wet application' screen protector. This is by far the easiest and most successful scree protector application I have ever done. If you do buy this, the curved edges have to be held down for the adhesive to hold, I read on a review somewhere to use Cling wrap during this stage to keep the edges held down, that worked an absolute treat, so do that if you get this
