I don't use dry shampoo that often. But I'm thrilled to have discovered SUTRA Beauty! Their SUTRA Heat Guard Dry Shampoo works better than any brands I've ever used before. Most of the time I find that dry shampoos are on the dry side but this one is moisturizing without being a bit oily. And its scent is exquisite and fresh, not with the powdery scent that I've often found in dry shampoos.I have curly hair and can go a few days without shampoos. But occasionally things get busy and I need my hair to look fresh but don't have time for the washing routine. This is the first time in a few years that I've tried dry shampoo and I have to say that dry shampoo has really upped its game. Or maybe that's just the great quality of this SUTRA product.When I used it, I sprayed short bursts around my hair into the scalp area but also on the lengths. Then, I scrunched my curls where I'd sprayed. I loved the outcome! I still got good body and shape with SUTRA's Heat Guard Dry Shampoo, as if my hair were more newly washed. Although I didn't feel like I needed to use a hair dryer with this dry shampoo, I can see that the humectants (which kept my hair from looking dried-out) probably would be a great heat shield for hair.So happy with this dry shampoo and I'd definitely try other SUTRA products.

I NEVER leave reviews, but this product was so awful I want to prevent the next person from wasting their money because you cannot return. AWFUL! Not dry shampoo at all, like cheap hairspray! Leaves hair sticky & greasy

At this price point, I am not impressed enough to purchase. It is not as drying as most dry shampoos and that is my favorite thing about the product. Smells nice and functions like I need it to. I just wish it was more affordable.

I have been using it weekly for a while. It works great to refresh your hair on days you don't wash. It works as a shampoo and hairspray. I like it better when I spray and let dry before brushing or running my fingers through my hair. I feel if I brush right away, it looks wet. It does not hide the greasy parts as much as I wanted. Still looks good if is don't brush right away.

I am an avid dry shampoo user due to time in my life but also bc I have thin hair and need the refresh. This does come out clear with no residue. But it sprays out a clear heavy wet spray that is more of a texturizing spray. So if you are using this as a true dry shampoo to refresh your hair, your hair will look like a mess in a hurry. It will make it look dirtier and messier than when you started. Also, the fragrance was super strong and not for me. That will be personal and I am sensitive to smells. It was not a smell scent for me. My kids also did not like the scent. This is not to mention they are pricing themselves on the high end of dry shampoo. Unless you already have had good luck with this brand or this particular dry shampoo I would not spend that amount of money.

I was curious what others thought of this, so I peaked at the other reviews before writing mine. I was surprised to see how many people didn’t like it. For me it works well, but I suppose results may vary. At first I wasn’t sure how to use this. It claims to do it all. Usually, I only use heat styling tools when my hair is wet from the shower and only use dry shampoo when it’s dry after not washing it for awhile. In this context, the combination of heat protectant and dry shampoo seems odd and counterintuitive. I’ve heard of people with naturally oily scalps using dry shampoo out of the shower to keep it fresh longer. I tried it with this spray, and I thought it worked well. My hair still felt good and seemed protected. I like that it also seems to add some moisture. It sprays evenly and even adds a nice scent to my hair. Since it worked on my wet hair, I decided to try it on dry hair. I heat style my hair when wet, so why not dry? I used the spray and a straightener. My hair looked shiny and soft without looking too greasy. Of course it doesn’t seem freshly washed, but I didn’t have residue, and it worked better than most dry shampoos for me. Personally, I liked it, but everyone’s hair is different.

This dry shampoo is awful! My hair wasn't really that dirty, but I wanted to give it a quick spray to freshen it up before I went out. Big mistake! I shook it well and started spraying it. It comes out like hair spray and it wet my hair like hair spray. I started running my fingers through and my hair felt heavy and tangled. I brushed the tangles out and my hair ended up a greasy mess! Much greasier looking then I stayed out! I tried brushing more, but my hair was difficult to get a brush through, like I had sprayed hair spray all through it. I ended up having to take a shower to get this mess washed out! Not a fan at all

I usually only wash my hair once a week, so I depend on dry shampoo in-between washings.This spray is pretty damp. Most dry shampoos I use are more lightweight and on the dry side. I tousled my hair like I normally would to help spread the product. This stuff is sticky, so it doesn't really spread at all like dry shampoo does. After drying, I brushed though my hair. This spray makes my hair feel weighed down and flat. It does look a bit less "not washed" but I don't care for the way it makes my hair sit. I have very fine and thin hair though. Someone with thicker hair may get better results. It does work, I just don't care much for it.
