Brine Lacrosse O2 Shin Guard

I bought these for use while unicycling. This is to prevent a common injury when the unicycle's pedals strike my shin. Although there are shin guards designed specifically for cycling, I found them to be very uncomfortable because they are hot and restrictive. These Brine Lacrosse Shin Guards work great ! They are relatively cool since the rigid shell holds the neoprene away from my leg most of the time. The shell also provides excellent impact protection. These guards adjust easily using velcro straps and are very comfortable. I recommend these for mountain bicycling or unicycling.

I use these under my pants while at work (with children with behavioral challenges). When used with compression sleeves, they are very comfortable and can take quite an impact.

Great shinguards at a great price

I purchased this pair of shinguards for my middle school daughter, who is a goalie. She prefers these over the baseball guards the league gave her to use because she is able to move more freely and still have a good majority of protection for those low shots the younger girls are still taking at this level.My daughter is 14, about 5-7 and about 170 lbs, so she's solid and needed a large size to fit. She preferred these to the softer outer pads made my other companies. The shock absorbing padding is on the backside of the plastic outer shell. She said these are also very comfortable for her--the best comfort she's found in the half dozen guards she's tried.

great protection for a slow pitch softball pitcher. Easy on and off and much lighter than the other ones I have tried.

I like the velcro straps that secure these shin guards. Others my daughter had previously were not secure.

I purchased the shin gaurd for my daughter. She is a goalie in lacrosse. She liked the guards but the Velcro came undone with in five months. I would not buy again they are poorly made.

Bought these for my daughter for Field Hockey. She loves them. They protect her well and much better than the padded shin guards she was wearing before.
