The best way and almost immediate effects, we put a 1/4 teaspoon in a 8 oz bottle of water and get ready to clean your house. You feel happy and desire to get up and do things. Will continue to take for my health
I have been taking Chaga mushroom power with warm water everyday when I had high cholesterol in my blood for a half year ago. Now my cholesterol level fell into the normal. Besides, I think it really strengthens my immune system. I used to have flu and cold quite often but not anymore! I get sick way less often than before and even when I get sick, symptoms are milder than before. I am really thankful for the exustence of this powder.
