I have owned several Chaplin products before and they have all been Professional Grade. This ATV 8 Gallon Sprayer was no exception. I love to buy USA quality made products and Chaplin gets my highest rating!The kit was easy to put together right from the box. I love that it has a 15' hose for when you need to get of your ATV and spray around an area. The 6" tank opening is awesome for easy filling and for later clean up with a garden hose.The side clips on the outside of the tank were a nice addition compared to my old tank this replaced to store the wand. The filler screen helps keep debris from blowing in accidentally in the field. Overall this unit is built like a tank. I could not be more pleased with it. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

I like that this is designed and assembled in the US. The design is good and the materials are also good. Wish it had a slightly higher capacity pump, but other than that it's really solid.When the sprayer arrives it requires a minimal amount of assembly. You simply attach the wand extension, install the wand retainers on the side of the tank, and attach the power source cable to the pump (12v plug in or alligator clips). Everything seems to be of excellent quality.It's easy to mount on an ATV, UTV, or anything else that you can sit it on and secure with straps or brackets, etc. It has a long hose and works just fine. I wish it had a 1.5 or 2.0 gpm pump, but this is still much better than a backpack sprayer with a manual hand pump.The only other thing that would have been nice would be if they included an allen wrench to install the wand retainer. I already had one so it wasn't a huge deal for me personally, but it might be a problem if someone didn't have one. I like mine and I'd recommend it.

We live on an acre of land for our property. Fertilizing and pesticide application can be time consuming and grueling at the same time, especially during the summer months. When I saw this pop up in my feed, I decided to give it a try.The sprayer itself makes applying to the grass a much smoother and easier process. I just hook it up to my wheeler with the harness and off I go and the sprayer does all of the work. It applies evenly and covers a good amount of ground. I have to refill a couple of times, but I would rather be doing this then pumping and spraying manually like I usually do. It has an easy turn on and shut off valve and being that it is clear, I can see exactly how much I have left while using it so I know when I need to refill. This has made my life easier and saves me a ton of time in the process.

Perfect size tank for small/medium jobs using my Ranger. Plenty of hose and wire. Power and spray controls are easy to use.

Opened the box and there are few things you need to do before using this sprayer. Install the drain plug and install the wand holder. That's about it, everything else is pretty normal from there. I already have a larger sprayer that I use on my Gator, but this is a nice option to have when using different chemicals at the same time. As such, I already have a 2-pin trailer plug harness installed on my Gator, so I didn't need to use the included harness.This is not my first Chapin product either, so I am not surprised by the quality of this sprayer (seeder, spreader, numerous manual pump sprayers, and larger power sprayer). I expect this will last a long time and I will find a lot of use for this on the farm in the upcoming spring/summer time.

I was quite pleased with the quality and durability of this tank sprayer. At first I was concerned because the pump had poked through the side of the shipping box, but the unit wasn't damaged and it works great. I credit the quality of the materials for the lack of damage - this thing feels like it can stand up to the worst of what UPS could throw at it. It was easy to hook up and operate and certainly makes it easier to treat the property. This thing will really come in handy in the spring.

No packaging beyond being in a correctly sized carboard box. The manual and accessories are inside the tank, just remove the lid to get them. Assembly was easy. Spray tip can either go on right at the trigger or add the wand for length/reach. Cord connects with an SAE standard 2 pin plug. Has an off/on toggle switch inline and clips to go to the battery terminals. Hose is long enough to sit in the ATV seat and use the spray wand.I would suggest one change, a 12V cigarette lighter plug option instead of just battery clips.Nice unit, fits the application and will get the job done.
