Wow, just wow.. My tablet has been suffering from the flickering screen for over a year and recently refused to hold charge. Spent last year googling possible issues: update, cache and apps - all came ups as possibilities. I was at 5ge point of investing in a new tab, until I found on a forum that charging port replacement fixes it.. I took no half measures ordered a new battery (3year old tablet deserves one) and a new charging port. This was the best decision of the year, these guys send you the tools to open the back and unscrew what ever you want to screw with (literally), and a fresh battery. Everything arrived in basic packaging and after a 4min YouTube vid ripped open my tablet and new battery inserted, 3mins later replaced charging port and put back on.. Suffering for a year, £40 and 10mins was all it took to get it back to working like new.Ps I recommend using the metal spatula looking thing to open the case, the plastic ones shown in the video I watched kinda bent easily.

Genuine Samsung battery for Tab S 8.4 T700 not cheapest but worth paying extra. Was tricky to split open tablet cover with excellent tools supplied - uTube guy made it look easy - old battery stuck down hard, be careful prising it off. Patience and dexterity required. The new battery then easy to fit and came up with 80 per cent charge when switched on. Fully charged and it holds up for days now. Great service from supplier, delivered 4 days Standard Delivery through letter box on a Sunday.

glad I bought genuine replacement,tools made the job easy,the hardest job was removing the old battery which was stuck solid with double sided tape,but succeeded without doing any damage

Wanted to make sure I got a good battery and not a copy.This is a samsung battery.Followed the instructions on You Tube to install itReally simple to fitAt last my samsung Tablet S last a lot longer than it did, Mind you it is now 4 years old, so it was time for a new battery.

Geniune samsung battery, not a cheap replacement. easy to fit and works like new.

Started out OK, but after only two months of use the battery totally discharges within hours and without use. I contacted the seller (distributed through Amazon) and they say that the warranty period has expired (after two months)! Amazon is making me wait two days until I can file a complaint with them against the second party seller. AVOID THIS PRODUCT LIKE THE PLAGUE!! Poor product and even worse customer service.

Various tools provided with the battery. Followed the YouTube videos without any issues but it is fiddly and removing the old battery required more force than I was happy with. Prior to the replacement battery the tablet was crashing more or less continuously. Hasn't crashed once since fitting the new battery.
