I broke my left hand but wanted to meal prep before I have surgery tomorrow. How do you cut stuff with only one good hand? I found this knife on Amazon and thought I would give it a try. OMG what a dream!! Easily cut through veggies an I easily cut through my boneless-skinless chicken breast without any effort. I am super pleased! I tried using a regular knife but it just wouldn’t work. I’m so glad I found this!! Would definitely recommend and u would buy again!

Both my arms are weak. It helps much more in the kitchen and cuts through thick meat and vegetables with ease.

Excellent pizza slicer, dices herbs extremely well (I am not as talented to do herb slicing with one hand, but some of you can try that). I have found it effortless in cutting pizza. I have managed to slice up fruit efficiently, as well. Chopping herbs is taking a little getting used to, but the blade is sharp and it works pretty well with things like onions, scallions, parsley, and lettuce. I do keep the point guards on the knife when not in use; the stand helps to keep the knife accessible and it looks professional.I am sure I will become more talented with this versatile knife (after I watch a few google videos on how to handle it). One hand chopping, hmmm, I will have to work on that.Presentation-wise: it is a very nice kitchen accessory, displays well. Wood handle and wood stand are attractive. As I said, though, I do keep the guards on the points. Excellent addition to my cutlery utensils.

The blade is nice and sharp. The chopper functions well. The handle could be a lot more comfortable. If I were going to use it a lot I would round off the edges a good bit more. It works, it's just not as comfortable as it could be,

We gifted my son a high quality end grain butcher block cutting board for Christmas and we added this Alaskan Knife to go with it. The knife steel seems very durable. We were quite impressed with the thickness of the steel for an inexpensive chopper. The edge was very sharp out of the box. My only issues were than the knife can be difficult to place into the wooden stand if you don't angle it correctly. I'm sure with day-to-day use this will become a non issue to those trained with the chopper.

We picked this up to use for chopping. We have a concave Japanese bamboo cutting board/bowl with a knife, and this will work with it perfectly. The shape of these knife combined with the bowl shape makes chopping things up very easy; you can simply rock the blade back and forth quickly.This seems like decent steel and it is free from imperfections. The wood is all smooth, and it feels like it is varnished. As an added touch, it also comes with a small matching stand. For the price, this seems like a good deal.Overall we like this little guy, and we would pick up a replacement if we manage to wear this one out. If anything goes wrong, I will update this review.

I've always been interested in the type of cleaning and cutting tool.Seems of good quality and rocks smoothing when needed.It fits well in my hand as well as my wife's and niece's. My niece loved it and asked where we'd gotten it. (She's a chef and the one she had tried before didn't fit her hand as well.) Naturally we told her, so she will probably be ordering one soon.

A great little knife for chopping herbs. It's sharp and cuts easily with a rocking motion. It comes with a handy little stand to store and display it in. I can't wait to get the rounded out cutting board to go with this!

Cabbage and hard roots veggies are the norm for us and this will making the rough chopping as easy as can be.Not a precision cutting blade and could arrive a bit sharper but the blade is still strong and the handle grips well.The base is a bit too simplistic and I replaced it with a deeper and more secure holder I 3d printed but for a good look the base is great.Recommended.

I don't like the handle, it's not ergonomic put some strain when you're holding it. I would suggest to round the corner which is a first. Considering it's a mass produced, surely having a router rounding the edge would not be difficult?Blade tip could be better sharpen. The extremum are much more sharper than the middle one, at least I tested with paper cut test.
