Ruckman Reference Bible (Black Cowhide) Leather Bound – January 1, 2009

If you’ve like me and you had a hard time connecting the dots in God’s word, this will absolutely be helpful for you. This is the best Bible, KJV 1611, I have ever purchased. Dr. Peter Ruckman’s teaching is the reason why I now understand where I’m going when I die. I pray the Holy Spirit leads you to this book. There is so much to learn and Dr. Peter Ruckman can help you understand them like no one else can. I didn’t care about the cost of this book. When I heard about it and how good the notes were, I had to get it. Praise God He leads me to the truth. Amen!

This reference Bible is great. I took it to show my son and he asked if he could have it. My wife had given it to me for our anniversary, but hadn't written in it yet, so we gave it to our son and bought another one.

This Bible is not what you may think. I like and own a number of Ruckman's books and commentaries. I bought this Bible (which is pretty expensive) because I thought it would be nice to have his notes all in one place. The reality is that there are pages and pages without notes, and the ones that do have notes often only address a few verses on the page. This is by no means a Bible commentary that people will probably expect. It has some good introductions and the last several pages have some interesting articles for sure, but if you are looking for real commentary notes you will need to buy one of his actual commentaries. This Bible covers few verses in entire books of the Bible. If you like Ruckman then you may like this book, if you are looking for a verse by verse commentary then you will find this does not even come close.

This is the best reference KJV Bible ever.....from one of the greatest teacher and preacher of the Bible But just know that Dr. Peter S. Ruckman was not a PC, sugar-coating kinda guy.

If you are familiar with the Peter Ruckman oeuvre, you will be either delighted or enraged by this travesty, depending on your view of Ruckman's twisted mind. I'd say this book is second only the Dake Study Bible in terms of page-for-page error. Ruckman is part of the King James Only cult, and as such, has abandoned reason for rants.He claims that if the Greek or Hebrew manuscripts differ from the KJV, the KJV is always right. In appendix five, he gives extensive ink and credit to mythology surrounding the moon. Appendix thirty-five has this bizarre quote:"Since the first public miracle in the Old Testament was Moses turning water to blood, and since the first public miracle in the New Testament was Jesus Christ turning water into wine (a type of blood), it stands to Biblical reasoning that the circulatory system which Adam and Eve had before they fell, was a water system ... This brings up the problem of bloodsuckers like vampire bats and Dracula..."Appendix thirty-six starts with this quote:"In the Book, the 'tithe' is directly connected with cannibalism in the United Nations after the Rapture."Why couldn't I give this no stars? I don't have the stomach to continue. If you buy this garbage, don't say I didn't warn you.

On many occasions Peter mentioned the thousands of notes he had recorded in his personal Bible and how he feared losing it while traveling. This Bible has his name but very few of those "thousands of notes". Nice Bible if that is what you want, but don't spend your money thinking - as I did - that it would reflect his personal Bible !

Perfectly explains The BOOK. No nonsense notes and commentary from 6 decades of faithful discipleship to the Lord Jesus Christ. Most in depth commentary is found in Genesis, as there is much to explain, especially when so many people have been taught falsely all their lives from so called "scholars" and "professors".The appendices found at the back of The BOOK are superb, and goes into greater detail than can fit in the pages of the text itself...Please have an open mind and try reading and listening to content from Dr. Ruckman before just believing the biased liberal college professor loving critics, who trash the name, "Ruckman", every chance they get because his style hits against the "main stream", "secular" bible universities that have ever existed.... Check him out and research the teachings he provides. See for your own eyeballs and your brain will be pleasantly treated with greater understanding of The BOOK...
