Willie Bear Salt & Pepper Shaker Set (Includes 2 Shakers), 7.5-inch

We just finished our guest house in the mountains and found this just perfect for our kitchen.

Once I got the item correctly it was wonderful. The mailing and customer service was a nightmare. Original order arrived broken. They sent an email to the toy company that I ordered the bean bag Eeyore from which had nothing to do with the salt shakers. So I Called Amazon, got a prompt refund but had to reorder, said it would be here before Christmas. Got an email stating due to quantity problems or something they would not be able to ship until middle of January. Went on line there was the bear pepper holder saying they had 18 left and if I could order in the next 4 hours I could get it before Christmas. I call Amazon again, talked to Josh. He said they use different companies to order from and the one that was used was out of bears. He said he could stop that order but I would have to reorder the item once again from the one on the website. In order to get the item before Christmas, the shipping cost more than the bears. Josh said they would take care of the shipping due to the problems I had had. I paid the whole amount, shipping and all and never heard from Amazon again. When the bears came one of the shakers was slightly warped on the bottom and the plastic plug would not stay in. It certainly wouldn't hold any salt. Luckily I had a shaker from the broken set and used that instead so my friend got an intact set as a gift. Still looking for the shipping refund, not happy with the way things went. Had to order the thing 3 times before I actually got it. Dawn

Very cute and heavy weight quality, but the actual shakers have too many large holes and the salt and pepper come pouring out fast; not very practical. Filling them is a challenge. I thought they had screw-off caps, but the opening is in the base with a plug. To fill you turn them upside down, then the salt pours out the holes almost as fast as you pour the salt in the opening. The only way these can be used is with a very course grind or somehow plug up the holes.

I bought these for my daughter-in-law to go with the other bear collection she had. I have to say she loved the bears. I thought they were very cute as bears go & they made me smile looking at them.

bigger than i realized, which is actually a great thing. very cute detail. they were for a gift, so can't speak to how they hold up.

So cute and not cheap looking. Very good quality and matches my other bear decorations. You can't find it any where else at this very affordable price. I have found cheaper but it was of very poor quality. This is made and painted with higher quality but is very affordable. Would buy again.

Bought these for my girlfriend's mother and she seemed to like them. Build quality seemed decent but I can't attest to long term use.
