The best
I've tried a few different brands of shrimp paste but always come back to this one. Nesi Goran doesn't taste right without it, use carefully though it's powerful stuff.

Great but extremely pungent or one could say it stinks to high heavens which is normal just make sure to store it in a sealable zip lock type of bag once opened, only tiny amounts should be added to the rest of your ingredients and it hasn't gone off it's supposed to smell like that, it's made from fermented shrimp, if you don't like this you probably won't like Danish fermented Herring surströmming or Norwegian fermented Trout Rakfisk either

Pantai Garnelenpaste
Die Garnelenpaste von Pantai Norasingh überzeugt durch ihren intensiven und sehr guten Geschmack. Sie hat mir beim Kochen einen völlig neuen Horizont eröffnet und bringt authentisches Aroma in die Küche. Besonders für asiatische Gerichte eignet sich die Paste hervorragend und sorgt für eine ganz neue Geschmacksnote. Damit lassen sich viele neue und interessante Gerichte ausprobieren, die sonst kaum möglich wären. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist völlig in Ordnung. Insgesamt eine tolle Möglichkeit, mal etwas Neues in der Küche zu entdecken. Ich bin sehr zufrieden und würde sie weiterempfehlen.
