One small part kising
The bed is very good. The only disappointment, was that, there was one small plastic piece missing. there should have been two of these pieces but only one was included. It does not affect the structure of the bed.Finbarr Butler

Too heavy for a guest bed
I too have just returned this bed as far too heavy (i am over 70) and was unable to put feet on not an easy task, I am sure that once on this will make the bed wider for storage, expensive to send back too

The bed is first class....unfortunately needs self assembly.
Sadly I have been unable to either erect or assemble the bed. It is very large and heavy and needs 2 people to assemble. As I am over 70 and no one to help me this was impossible. The company have been fully understanding and reimbursed my money. I would have loved the bed I am sure as the quality is excellent.

The folding bed was and is very comfortable we like and so do our guests.

Quick delivery and easy to use. Its hard to sleep on though and have had to buy a mattress topper.
